Many things happened just in one day. In this industry, there will be people who are jealous of how successful you are. When that happened, they will start backstabbing you trying to kick you out of this industry.

Different people have different kinds of working styles. Some prefer to co-broke with many agents and then let the owner to choose, but some prefer not to go for such a big viewing as it would be a waste of their time. As for today, at least 10 groups of viewer went up. While viewing the owner had actually settled on which group he wants. Although there were higher bid, offered by other group, owner insisted to take up the 1st group. This lead to unhappiness to one of the parties whereby they think that we are not doing our job well and only want to close deal with our own group. Therefore that guy was angry and sms us not to send him any more listing and meaning not to work with us again.

Come to think he is a little childish and did not think "big". He had deal with us so many times but yet because of this issue he decided to "break this cooperation" just like that.

I'm speechless and just think that it's a bit ridiculous. But i'm seriously very pissed off when i received that stupid message which i think it was unnecessary. Come to think that particular guy is a self-centered guy whom only thought of himself. When there's good stuffs at our side, he will then call and want to work with us to close deal. But when we did not receive much business, he approach his best friend for listing and keep giving us call to so call 探听消息. Like what a hypocrite. Seriously despise such man.
